Flat fee for document review prior to retention.

Per hour fees for research, analysis, writing, attending hearings, motions, trials.  Plus, reasonable and necessary expenses, costs and disbursements.

Per hour for all services, plus reasonable and necessary costs, expenses and disbursements.  Some cases are accepted on a contingent fee basis; some do not include an agreement to take a matter to hearing or trial.  We offer tailor-made limited services agreements.

High Profile Cases:

$500.00 per hour.  Evergreen Retainer Agreement with 100 pre-paid hours before start of representation.  High profile cases require us to forsake other clients.
